有效运行并维护康辉投诉处理系统；
将疑似不良反应事件报告给相关职能部门以进一步评估；

持续改进投诉处理流程以提高投诉处理的有效性并缩短投诉处理时间，同时满足美敦力集团相关要求；

定期汇总和分析顾客反馈与投诉数据并形成报告；
完成领导委派的其他事宜。
任职条件：

了解机械加工的一般工艺原理和流程；

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the long range manufacturing strategy framework leading to world class competitive & automated manufacturing processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in an engineering field, MBA/EMBA degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years in manufacturing industry,familiar with casting or plating or machining technical knowlege.
Motivated and competent at solving complex technical tasks in a timely and success-orientated manner and delivering results within a complex and global organization.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing high caliber engineers.
